The staff were amazingly friendly. A plentiful breakfast was provided. - the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, just 8kms from the airport. - It was also conveniently located near good public transport and the square.

The Family running the Hotel and Restaurant are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about sights around Aalsmeer and Amsterdam. They truly make a 3 Star Hotel have a 5 star feel.
Don't mess with the cleaning lady !

The food in the restaurant was excellent, well presented, tasty and good value for money. I eat there 3 nights running which is unusual for me.
My only criticism was the single beds, they were narrow I would have preferred a double bed.

Great central location with a charming nearby spot for tea or coffee at De Oude Veiling.

Very pleasant small family run hotel on the edge of the town centre. Only used as an overnighter and I couldn't ask for more. Restaurant was good and very busy - but it was a weekend. I would use again if required.
It might be only 7km from Schiphol but a taxi costs €25 each way. A bus service (number 198) is available but it is still a good walk from the nearest bus stop to the hotel if you have baggage. I did hear it was 1.5km but cannot confirm.

Was upgraded to a nice suite.
Breakfast was a bit limited, no airconditioning. Parking in front of the hotel was not available due to the weekly market

The location is great, it's nice to be close to leisure spots, and we had a fun time exploring bars and cafes; the staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions with a welcoming attitude.

Really enjoyed plentiful and good breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.
Overall had superb stay for one night. The double room I got was included with a newly renovated bathroom, very clean bedsheets, as for instance. The location was central, near to a restaurant, the Schiphol airport, and Schipol. There was a casual restaurant nearby. All the dishes where fresh, nevertheless you can visit nearby Joseph Aan de Poel...

Quiet and secluded
There's no public transport near to it

For a 1-person room, the bathroom was enormous. At least as big as the tiny bedroom itself or even bigger. Location (Schiphol) was perfect; less than 15 min drive and (closed) gas stations nearby with option to pay with creditcard.
Extremely small bedroom (solo traveller). Lot of noise coming from the street (even without the window open, the noise was so loud as if the window was opened). Also pipes in the bedroom were noisy. Faint smoke smell, eventhough hotel is smoke-free.
